CEC General Manager Liu Liehong lectured at EDRI

Liu Liehong, the general manager of CEC, delivered a masterly lecture at EDRI on the morning, March 21. At 9:30 am, President Zhao and secretary He Ping welcomed Mr. Liu, who came to EDRI in his tight schedule of research work for CPPCC. After cordial greetings, Mr. Liu paid careful attention to the new EDRI building construction, and then he immediately followed President Zhao heading for on-site inspection where he highly praised the construction progress. Later, Mr. Liu walked into Multi-functional Room, and delivered a masterly lecture in the warm applause of all EDRI leading cadres. Mr. Liu deeply analyzed the current economic momentum, discussed the developing pattern of the regions with rapid economic growth. Combined with enterprise cases, he also expounded the development directions and hotspots. Starting from national strategy to the spirit of two sessions, connected with his own experience and social development situation, Mr. Liu explained this profound topic in simple ways, benefiting the audiences a lot. President Zhao, sectary He Ping, Liu Shengchun, Wang Heng, Wang Yibo, Wang Meng, Sun Ming, Yao Hong, and other over 300 leading cadres on the spot or through video, listened to the lecture carefully and systematically.
At 11:50, the lecture ended in the warm atmosphere. President Zhao drew a conclusion: “listening to Mr. Liu, we benefit a lot. The speech of Mr. Liu opens our mind. If we devote ourselves into what we do, study trends, and seize opportunities, we have great potential.”
At noon, Mr. Liu and President Zhao had a light working meal together, with atmosphere of joy.
